On Sunday, March 20, 2025 Made in Manchester EXPO will be celebrating a significant milestone— our 10th anniversary. This event is dedicated to empowering and elevating female entrepreneurs within the parish of Manchester and, for the first time, neighboring parishes of Clarendon and St. Elizabeth.
It has become a hallmark initiative, providing invaluable opportunities for female business owners to enhance brand awareness, increase sales, and gain exposure locally, nationally, and internationally. Over the years, the expo has been instrumental in supporting women-led businesses, helping participants secure local grant funding, gain internships at international startup camps, and access retail markets across Jamaica and beyond. The 10th anniversary promises to be the most impactful, showcasing not only the incredible talent and innovation of small-scale entrepreneurs but also celebrating the legacy of Manchester as a hub for Jamaican manufacturing excellence.

Expansion to Neighbouring Parishes: Female entrepreneurs from Clarendon and St. Elizabeth will join Manchester's exhibitors, further fostering regional collaboration and growth.
Giants of Manchester Segment: Six leading producers—Windalco, Jamaica Standard Products, Pioneer Chocolate, Pickapeppa, Holsum, and Isratech Jamaica Ltd.—will be showcased, highlighting Manchester's rich manufacturing legacy.
Support for Startups: For the third consecutive year, five (5) startups will receive free exhibition spaces, reinforcing the expo’s commitment to nurturing emerging businesses.
Central Young Women in Entrepreneurship Competition: The expo will feature finalists from this competition, which celebrates innovative business ideas from young women across the region. With the help of sponsors we hope to present cash prizes of $300,000 and the opportunity for 7 to exhibit at the EXPO.
